The Russia pavilion is defined by the following motto: ‘creative mind: driving the future’. the architect of the pavilion, sergei tchoban, designed the building in the shape of two domes colliding. this overall composition reflects the idea of constant movement as the prerequisite for unstoppable progressive development and creation. ‘the two hemispheres are domes creating the image of a planet symbolising wholeness and universality’, says the architect.
