02What we collect
When you contact us
If you send an enquiry, fill in the contact or quote form, answer our website pop-up, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you give us: usually your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and the details of your project or question.
When you apply for a job
If you apply through our careers page, we receive the information on the form, such as your name, contact details, education, CV and any other details you choose to share.
When you visit the website
Our own analytics records how the website is used: the pages you open, the time of your visit, the page or site that referred you, campaign tags in the link, your device type, browser and operating system, and your IP address. We use this to count visitors, understand which pages are useful and keep the site secure. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Business contact information
To find companies that may need our services, we may collect publicly available business contact details, such as a company name, business email or phone number published by that business, and contact them about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as health data, religious beliefs or financial account numbers through the website.

04How long we keep it
Visitor IP addresses are removed from our visit logs after 90 days; after that we keep only anonymous daily totals.
Enquiries and client correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer you and manage our relationship, and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Job applications are kept for up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you join us.
06International transfers
Eziline is based in Pakistan and works with clients in other countries. Your information may be processed in Pakistan and in the countries where our service providers operate. Where data-protection laws require it, we take reasonable steps to protect your information when it is transferred.
07Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy, correct information that is wrong, delete your information where we no longer need to keep it, stop contacting you about our services, and object to or restrict how we use your information where the law gives you that right.
To do any of these, email info@eziline.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data-protection authority.
09Security
We use HTTPS across the website, restrict access to stored data to the people who need it, and protect our admin systems with passwords and access limits. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords or payment details through the website.
10Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes are shown on this page.
