In 2025 Eziline released two products that grew directly out of the AI work of the previous three years. EZI AI Bot is an assistant that answers questions from a business's live ERP data. EZIMKT is a social-media marketing bot that drafts and schedules posts. Both are available to new and existing clients and both are built on the same principle: the software should do the task, with the real data, not just talk about it.
EZI AI Bot
Most AI chat tools know nothing about your business. EZI AI Bot is connected to the company's own ERP, the sales, purchases, stock, accounts and HR tables that already run the business, and answers from them. Ask what was sold last week, which customers are overdue, how much stock of a product is in each branch, or what the payroll total was last month, and the answer comes from the live system, with the numbers, not from a model's memory.
It runs on the tool-use architecture the team built in 2024: the model is given a set of read-only tools over the ERP, decides which to call, and composes the answer from what comes back. Permissions follow the user's ERP role, every query is logged, and the bot can show its working. It is available for EZIERP and can be connected to other systems through their APIs.
EZIMKT
EZIMKT is for the marketing side of the same businesses. Give it the brand, the products and the tone, and it drafts posts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, suggests images, keeps a content calendar and schedules publishing. A human approves each post before it goes out. It is aimed at the small and mid-sized companies that make up most of Eziline's client base, where there is rarely a full-time social media team.
Why these two
Both products answer the two questions clients asked most in 2023 and 2024: "can the system just tell me?" and "can it handle our social media?". They are also the clearest expression of how Eziline uses AI: grounded in the client's data, auditable, and built into the systems people already use rather than sold as a separate toy.

Looking ahead
With the two products out, the end of 2025 was spent on the company's own front door: the eziline.com website. It had run on WordPress since 2009, and the brief was to rebuild it as a static site with no database to attack, scroll-driven stories for the services and products, a page for every one of the 150+ portfolio projects, and a menu for the AI products that now anchor the catalogue. Every old address was to be kept or redirected so nothing bookmarked would break. That rebuild went live in October 2026 and is described in the next post.
