Wallet or bank paymentPay from a wallet or reserve units and transfer to the property account with a payment reference; units issue on reconciliation.

Append-only ledgersUnit and cash ledgers per property, with integrity checks and a link into the accounting module.

Distribution waterfallExpenses, return of capital, preferred return, performance fee and pro-rata residual, approved by a second officer.
